Jal Mahal

Jal mahal was build with the Mughal and Rajput craftsmanship. Jal mahal also know as Water Palace considered as one of the most beautiful architectural places. Jal Mahal provide very beautiful view of Man Sagar Lake. Jal Mahal is very beautiful as showh below in image.

History:-

Jal Mahal was constructed by Maharaja Madho Singh in year 1750. Jal Mahal is located in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake. Jal Mahal covered total area of 23.5 square kilometer or 9.1 sq. mi. . Maximum depth of  Jal Mahal is 4.5 m. 

Way of Jal Mahal from Road to Jal Mahal:-

Jal Mahal is build in the center of the Man Sagar Lake. So, only by boat travelling system is available because in between no road and other travelling marg is available. That'swhy only boat travelling system is available.

Morning - 6:00 am to Evening - 6:00 pm
Total Hours- 12 hour
Visiting Duration : 30 minutes
Opening Days : All Days in a week.

Entry is Free of cost.
